We offer free delivery on orders above £300. For orders under £300, a delivery fee of £14.95 will apply.

Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment within 3 business days. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Please be aware that international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance.

Returns & Exchanges

We are committed to providing the highest quality garments. Should you wish to return or exchange an item within 14 days of purchase, the item must be unworn, undamaged, and still have its original tag attached. Please email info@silkandcashmere.co.uk, and we will respond within two business days.
